Lundbeck in Valby, Denmark, is seeking a hands-on student assistant for our Microsoft 365 team within the AI & Digital Foundation department.
The role focuses on supporting Platform Architects, maintaining backlogs, coordinating a support vendor, delivering presentations, and creating Microsoft 365 materials while fostering an agile mindset. The position is part-time (15–20 hours/week) and ends on 30 June 2027.

We are looking for a hands-on and outcome-oriented student assistant to join our Microsoft 365 team.
We expect additional tasks related to planning, execution, and organizing, so you need to have an agile mindset.
You will join the Microsoft 365 team within Lundbeck's AI & Digital Foundation department, which is responsible for enabling modern, secure, and effective digital collaboration across the organization. Working closely with Platform Architects and other colleagues, you will support solutions and user adoption across Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and related digital workplace technologies.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
The position is temporary with 30 June 2027 as end-date.
