Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to shape a new pricing function and governance framework across products, solutions and services. You will lead CPQ workstream initiatives, translate pricing policies into system requirements and collaborate with Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal and Leadership to drive value-based pricing and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pricing, deal governance or a related commercial function within a complex organization.
• Experience building or significantly shaping a pricing function, capability or governance framework from limited foundations.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, monetization models, commercial governance, deal economics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously develop the pricing function, including operating models, governance frameworks, tools and processes.
• Define and evolve global pricing strategies across products, solutions and services, including transitioning to value-based pricing.
• Lead the pricing and product workstream for the planned CPQ implementation and translate pricing policies into system requirements.
• Establish pricing governance, discount policies and approval processes while supporting deal-level pricing decisions and profitability objectives.
• Deliver pricing insights, analytics and reporting that improve pricing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal and Leadership to drive alignment and continuous improvement of pricing practices.
