Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Commercial Business Analyst to transform commercial data into actionable insights and to develop the systems, dashboards and processes that empower sales and marketing teams. You will own and improve pipeline and forecasting dashboards across Business Areas and regions, driving data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with IT, Global Sales, Commercial Development and other stakeholders to deliver insights and foster continuous improvement, while exploring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, data/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial analysis or sales operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain pipeline and forecasting dashboards for commercial performance.
• Deliver analyses related to pipeline development, forecasting, sales performance, order intake and win/loss trends.
• Own reporting governance, KPI definitions and data quality improvements across the organization.
