Terma Group is seeking an IT Business Partner to align IT initiatives with business priorities across our defense and aerospace domains. You will shape roadmaps, challenge demand, and drive value through strategic IT partnering with management teams.

In this role you will translate strategy into prioritized IT initiatives, collaborate with delivery teams, and ensure benefits are realized. The position offers hybrid work and growth opportunities in a dynamic, regulated technology setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Business Partnering or closely related role.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and shape demand.
• Structured approach to demand management and prioritization with analytical skills.
• Good working knowledge of enterprise IT, business applications, integrations, and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy and priorities into clear IT roadmaps and initiative backlogs.
• Define scope, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes before a business requirement becomes a project.
• Provide strategic and tactical advice on technology, digitization, automation, data, and AI to strengthen performance.
• Secure business ownership on priorities, business cases, and expected benefits.
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams (architects, cyber security, data specialists).
• Monitor IT performance and service delivery for your areas and manage escalations.
• Drive forward change requests or smaller projects close to the business where feasible.
• Communicate IT processes, limitations and opportunities beyond IT.
