Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Group Transfer Pricing Director to lead our global transfer pricing function from Copenhagen. You will shape TP policy, oversee documentation across 40+ entities, and guide a team of tax professionals.

Reporting to the Global Head of Tax, you will drive pricing strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with finance, legal and business partners, and represent the group in audits and negotiations with tax authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industry and/or consultancy with multinational groups.
• Experience with international taxation and transfer pricing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transfer pricing projects across a multinational group.
• Draft and maintain TP documentation for SimCorp A/S and subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure compliant reporting.
• Represent the group in transfer pricing audits and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Develop and update transfer pricing policies and procedures in line with OECD guidelines.
