Job summary

Terma Group seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to own key IT initiatives across the organization, collaborating with business leaders, IT delivery teams and architects. You will navigate complexity, ensure alignment, and deliver value through a structured IT transformation roadmap.

The role focuses on execution of IT improvement projects, with exposure to AI initiatives, process optimization and technology-driven change, while engaging senior stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of delivering complex IT projects, with a focus on business outcomes.
• Experience with AI, CRM, digital transformation or business optimization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership.
• Solid project management toolbox; certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of prioritized IT projects across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT delivery teams and architects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, and milestone tracking.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with business management, process owners, IT specialists and vendors.
• Facilitate decision-making forums and provide transparent progress reporting.
• Scope, prioritise and structure IT initiatives with stakeholders.
