Job summary

Sky-Watch A/S is seeking a Director of Marketing to shape the marketing direction for international defense programs and commercial impact. You will lead Marketing across Product Marketing & Strategy, Field & Event Marketing, and Brand & Digital Influence, aligning Sky-Watch’s engineering strengths with customer and government procurement needs.

You will report to the VP Marketing, head a team of five, and drive strategic initiatives to support international growth and tender-driven markets.

Qualifications

10+ years in Marketing and Product Marketing in international high-tech companies.
Previous leadership experience leading a marketing team.
Experience with Account-Based Marketing and partner enablement.

Responsibilities

Lead Product Marketing & Strategy, including go-to-market plans, narratives, and tender enablement.
Oversee Field & Event Marketing across international defense exhibitions and demonstrations.
Direct Visual Brand Design & Digital Influence to ensure consistent brand positioning.
Drive ABM initiatives, priority accounts, and international partnerships.
Lead and develop the marketing team with clear direction and ownership.
