Job summary

Sky-Watch A/S is a leading Danish drone company seeking a QHSE Director to own and evolve the Quality and HSE foundation across the global value chain. You will report directly to the CEO, shaping policy, governance, and risk decisions while driving reliability and traceability in a regulated defense environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering/quality, at least 10 years in global QHSE leadership, and hands-on experience with MRB, concessions, PPAP, supplier audits, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of global Quality/QHSE leadership experience in regulated, high‑tech industries.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100, AQAP and ISO 9001, with experience in MRB, concessions, PPAP and supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern QHSE strategy and policy across the value chain.
• Own Sky‑Watch QMS (AS9100 / ISO 9001 / AQAP) and drive governance, risk management and compliance.
• Lead digital QHSE initiatives with data governance and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement and NCR/CAPA processes.
• Oversee supplier quality requirements, APQP / PPAP and manufacturing quality.
• Coordinate audits, health, safety and environment activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide leadership to QA Manager and ensure timely decision making with CEO.
