Terma Group in Denmark invites an experienced Sales Manager to drive the international expansion of SCANTER Sphera and connect European setup with regional sales.

You will develop GTM plans, identify markets, nurture partners, and translate strategy into commercial actions. The role evolves into direct sales leadership across selected markets.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B solution sales or business development.
Ability to develop go-to-market plans and translate strategy into actions.
Strong stakeholder management across regions and sales teams.
Structured, analytical thinker with strategic and hands-on skills.
Ability to translate technical solutions into customer value.

Responsibilities

Act as commercial link between European and regional sales teams to enable market roll-out.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans and identify priority markets and partners.
Build regional understanding of customer needs, dynamics, and buying processes.
Support opportunities, demonstrations, and sales tools development.
Collaborate across functions to align market insights with sales activities.
Drive growth through pipeline development, planning, and negotiation as role evolves.
