Twoday, a leading digital transformation partner in Northern Europe, seeks an experienced Program Manager to join our PMO in Customer Excellence. You will oversee multiple IT tracks across business units, coordinating delivery and aligning with stakeholder goals.

You will also contribute to developing our ways of working tools and materials to support the PMO. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong leadership, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive successful enterprise

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT project/program management or similar assignments.
Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution and delivery of multiple IT projects across business units.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and ensure outcomes meet requirements.
Manage resources across projects for optimal utilization and success.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity.
Track progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
Provide regular status updates to senior management on program status, risks and opportunities.
Lead complex enterprise programs and advise on delivery improvements.
Guide and evolve delivery models to ensure best practices across engagements.
Coach project teams and support bids and proposals.
