Job summary

Emendo Consulting Group seeks a Lead Consultant to run IT/OT transformation engagements, mainly in pharma and regulated environments. You will lead on-site projects, coordinate stakeholders, and drive measurable progress through structured planning and decisive action.

You’ll apply Observe, Think, Improve as a foundation, building credibility and delivering concrete improvements across projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, IT, business, innovation or related discipline.
• 2‑5+ years delivering IT/OT projects or technology implementations, preferably in pharma or regulated industries.
• Experience taking ownership of a project or delivery area.
• Strong planning, governance, risk/issue management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and workstreams on site, coordinating cross‑functional teams across business, IT, and engineering.
• Drive progress with clear planning, governance and follow‑ups to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build client credibility and take real ownership to guide complex engagements.
• Facilitate workshops, manage dependencies, and turn discussions into decisions and actions.
