Job summary

Nextt & Mason AB is seeking an Interim IT Project Manager to steer IT work during a startup phase, until a permanent IT Manager is appointed. The role centers on upgrading the IT landscape, with governance between business and suppliers and maintaining focus on core processes.

During the interim period, you will report to Group IT and the CEO, driving cost-reduction planning and governance for IT projects. Post-interim, you’ll lead IT strategy, architecture, and enhanced IT support for core

Responsibilities

• Further development of Service Level Agreements
• Create an overview of license agreements
• Create an overview of service contracts
• Prepare a plan for cost reduction
• Development of IT strategy and implementation of new application architecture
• Improvement of IT support for the company’s core processes
• Sparring and dialogue with the infrastructure provider
• Development and operation of superuser groups for business systems
