Kantar Media Audiences Limited in Copenhagen seeks a hands-on HR Business Partner for the Nordics & Baltics region. The role spans ER, policy guidance, and cross-border HR operations to support business needs and ensure compliant, effective people practices.

The successful candidate will advise managers, manage ER processes, and work with global HR leadership to align regional and global policies, while promoting an inclusive culture and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Nordics & Baltics ER background with global exposure.
• Experience handling grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and probation.
• Experience reviewing HR policies and manager guidance.
• Ability to advise managers on people matters.
• Comfortable in volume, fast-paced environments.
• Country HR experience supporting a region and willingness to learn new regions.
• Experience with Work Councils.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong stakeholder engagement.
• Exposure to global ER environments (EMEA/APAC).

Responsabilités

• Manage grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and probation cases.
• Support sickness absence and OH referrals.
• Develop career plans and succession with managers.
• Handle PIPs and performance management.
• Manage flexible working requests.
• Maintain ER tracker and governance.
• Review and update policies and manager guidance.
• Create manager guidelines for ER policies.
• Coach others in People Team.
• Partner with HR Directors on regional and global alignment.
• Support restructures and redundancies operationally.
• Assist with data subject access requests.
• Coordinate cross-border ER matters.
• Engage with leaders to drive employee experience and diversity.
• Attend work councils as required.
