Job summary

HOYER Group in Denmark seeks an HR Business Partner Nordic (m/f/d) for a part-time role based in Hampen. You will act as a trusted adviser to managers, translating business objectives into people strategies and driving organizational development.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Law, or HR with at least 3 years in HR, fluent in English and Danish, and strong Danish labor law knowledge. Travel within the Nordic region is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, or HR or comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience as a generalist HRBP or operational HR role.
• Fluency in English and Danish; other languages are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Danish labor law and co-determination structures.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR Business Partner and strategic advisor to managers, translating business objectives into people strategies.
• Coach leaders on people-related matters to foster leadership and engagement.
• Drive organizational development and change initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Promote HOYER culture through diversity, inclusion and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws with external advisors.
