Level Recruitment is seeking a People & Culture Specialist based in the Copenhagen area. You will take operational responsibility for Danish HR administration and payroll coordination, working with the local HR Business Partner and colleagues across sites.

You will report to the People Operations Manager. The role combines employee support, onboarding/offboarding, and coordination with an external payroll provider in a growing international organisation.

Competenze

• Four years of HR operations, personnel administration and/or payroll experience.
• Experience in Danish payroll.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding and maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems.
• Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Prepare employment agreements and amendments, maintain employee records and coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding.
• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, handle P&C inbox enquiries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate Danish payroll with the external provider and Global Payroll Lead; ensure changes and time reports are complete and accurate.
• Review payroll output, resolve discrepancies and ensure payroll is approved on time.
• Apply knowledge of Danish employment legislation, holiday rules, pensions, insurance and parental leave to HR administration.
