Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a People Experience Partner for the Nordics based in Copenhagen. You will own the local execution of Global People programs, manage payroll and benefits across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, and partner with managers on talent development and employee relations.

In this role you will ensure compliant payroll processing, handle benefits programs, and drive operational excellence with data analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant, progressive human resources experience, combining HR Generalist responsibilities with hands‑on payroll and benefits administration.
• Nordic Market Experience: Proven track record running and/or overseeing payroll and benefits administration across multiple Nordic countries
• Strong knowledge of Nordic labor laws, local tax structures, social security environments, and CBAs.
• Hands‑on experience working with cloud‑based HRIS-platforms and major Nordic payroll solutions.
• Demonstrated ownership in managing competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and complex timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) and excellent verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

• Managing the execution of critical global People (HR) programs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensuring high quality experience around onboarding, offboarding, and key career transitions.
• Coaching managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership development.
• Handling employee relations cases with local labor law alignment.
• Driving continuous improvement using data and AI tools to optimize HR service delivery.
• Overseeing end-to-end Nordic payroll preparation and payroll data validation.
