Milexia Nordics A/S is seeking a commercially minded Head of HR Nordics to build the HR function across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and beyond. You will partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to translate business strategy into people initiatives.

You will establish HR processes, ensure compliance with local laws and GDPR, and align local requirements with global standards. The role demands hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading HR in an international Nordics context.
• Strong knowledge of Danish and EU employment law.
• Experience setting up HR processes and policies.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

Mansioni

• Lead HR operations across Milexia Nordics and ensure compliance.
• Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to drive people strategy.
