Job summary

Join TUI as Senior People Services Manager and shape the Nordic HR Operations hub across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will lead HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Advisory teams, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliant service delivery.

We are looking for an experienced HR leader who can drive regional initiatives, leverage digital tools and AI to modernise HR services, and partner with senior stakeholders to support growth and organisational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience within HR Operations, People Services, HR Advisory, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner environments.
• Ability to guide managers and colleagues across people topics including employee relations and organisational change.
• Experience working across multiple Nordic countries and adapting processes to local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of HR Operations, HR Advisory and Payroll services across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
• Lead teams to deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle and HR services.
• Drive development of the Nordic People Services Hub, aligning processes and improving efficiency.
