H&MV Engineering Headquarters in the Nordics is seeking a Senior Regional HR Generalist to provide senior HR advisory across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. You will act as a trusted partner to managers, ensuring commercially sound people decisions and compliant HR processes in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role requires strong Nordic employment knowledge, five years of generalist experience, and the ability to operate independently.

Formación

• Five years of broad HR generalist experience, including employee relations and manager support.
• Strong knowledge of Nordic employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience in an international or multi-country environment.
• Experience in engineering or project-based settings is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR advisory and support across the Nordic region.
• Partner with managers to understand business needs and enable people decisions.
• Guide on complex contractual and policy matters across the region.
• Support HR reporting, audits and data quality; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage employee relations matters and support formal meetings with documentation.
• Ensure compliant HR practices across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
