Job summary

Milexia Nordics A/S is seeking a Head of HR Nordics to build the HR function across the Nordic operations from its Brøndby base. You will ensure compliant, scalable HR processes and policies, and act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and leadership team across recruitment, employee development and organisational design.

The role requires a strong background in employment law and HR compliance, with fluency in English and Danish, and a track record of setting up international HR

Qualifications

• International HR experience with strategic business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple Nordic countries.
• Experience setting up HR processes, structures, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, processes and compliance across Milexia Nordics.
• Act as sparring partner to MD and management for recruitment, leadership development, and talent.
• Develop onboarding, succession planning and performance review frameworks.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and confidentiality of employee data.
