The role requires deep strategic thinking and strong collaboration across functions. Based in Aarhus or Copenhagen, you will shape the customer proposition, manage international relationships and oversee end-to-end logistics for humanitarian organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in global account management or strategic sales within logistics or shipping.
• Ability to develop long-term partnerships and account plans.
• Strong stakeholder management across procurement, operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be the global commercial owner for strategic Aid & Relief customers and prospects.
• Develop and execute global account plans and growth strategies.
• Lead tender processes, negotiations and multi-country engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Translate humanitarian requirements into integrated Ocean, Air and Land logistics.
