Job summary

Maersk seeks a Global Client Manager for Aid & Relief to own global relationships with strategic customers and to lead cross-functional teams across sales, product, solution design and operations.

You will develop global account plans, drive growth, and translate humanitarian logistics needs into end-to-end solutions across Ocean, Air, Landside and Customs, with international travel as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in global account management or key client management.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, shipping or related industries.
• Knowledge of Aid & Relief supply chains and donor-funded programmes is an advantage.
• Ability to develop senior customer relationships and translate needs into value.
• Experience leading complex tenders, negotiations and multi-country engagements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including pricing considerations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global commercial owner for strategic Aid & Relief customers and prospects.
• Develop and execute global account plans and qualified opportunity pipelines.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, logistics and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Drive tenders, contract negotiations and account governance for growth.
