Job summary

SAP SE in Denmark is seeking a Customer Engagement Lead to strengthen customer experiences and drive engagement. Based in København, reporting to the Managing Director, you will understand customer needs and build valuable relationships throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities include supporting sales and marketing initiatives, delivering excellent multichannel customer support, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and collaborating with partners to ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and marketing initiatives and promote SAP software offerings.
• Provide customer support through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Collaborate with the MD and team to prepare for customer engagements and share customer insights.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders including department heads and the MD’s office.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure high-quality service.
• Support MD with team activities to foster an engaging work environment.
