The role requires a graduate or master’s degree in Business or IT, fluency in Danish and English, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and marketing initiatives, promoting our cutting-edge software products and services.
• Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Work closely with MD and the rest of the team to ensure preparation for customer engagements and keep the MD informed on customer news and annual reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including department heads and the MD's office.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Support MD with team activities and drive internal activities to foster an engaging work environment.
