Job summary

Salesforce in Denmark is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Success Business Partner for a 12-month assignment to deliver HR strategy and advisory support across the Nordics. You will partner with ESBP teams, COEs, and leaders to shape People Strategy, organizational design, engagement, and leadership development while aligning with regional goals.

This role requires building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, driving change initiatives, coaching executives, and ensuring execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years HRBP experience or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across diverse teams.
• Strong business acumen and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise and partner with senior leaders to shape People Strategy across Nordics.
• Lead organizational design, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive engagement, retention, equity considerations and coaching at top levels.
• Collaborate with COEs and regional HR to deliver seamless HR programs.
• Provide data-driven insights on organization health and talent trends.
