Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join the Nordics Hunter team. You will lead technical strategy for Greenfield accounts, advising senior stakeholders and delivering multi-system data & AI solutions. The role blends pre‑sales spirit with deep engineering expertise and a focus on measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor teammates, drive adoption beyond PoC, and raise the bar with reusable patterns across the Databricks community in a fast-paced, regional role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical and client-facing roles.
• Deep expertise across data landscape including data engineering and warehousing.
• Strong AI mindset and ability to influence senior executives.
• Experience leading technical discussions and driving multi-account solutions.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and mobilise teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy for Greenfield Nordics accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor to VP+ and BU-level leaders.
• Abstract learnings into reusable patterns for the Databricks community.
• Drive adoption from proof of concept to measurable business outcomes.
• Mentor junior SAs on discovery and prioritisation.
