Job summary

Royal Unibrew is seeking a Senior Analyst, Rewards to elevate our global rewards strategy and bring sharper insights into workforce costs, pay structures and market competitiveness. You will partner with HR, Finance and stakeholders across markets to drive analytics, governance and transparency, turning data into actionable recommendations for today and the future of rewards at Royal Unibrew.

In this role you’ll build dashboards, run benchmarking and forecasting, and support pay equity

Qualifications

Experience in workforce cost management and financial analysis.
Strong data analytics skills on large datasets.
Knowledge of Pay Transparency and Pay Equity.
Experience with compensation benchmarking and job architecture.

Responsibilities

Drive global FTE, headcount and salary cost analysis, including forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
Partner with HR and Finance across markets on workforce cost insights and scenario modelling.
Support implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including pay equity and pay gap analysis.
Strengthen governance around job architecture, salary structures and Rewards data.
Conduct salary benchmarking and analyse market competitiveness across countries.
Provide analytical support for salary review processes.
Develop dashboards and management reporting.
Turn complex data into insights and actionable recommendations.
