LEO Pharma invites a Global Rewards Partner to shape rewards strategy and provide pragmatic guidance to HR and business leaders worldwide. You will translate market insights into actionable recommendations and support governance across base pay, incentives, benefits, and job architecture.

You will collaborate with global Rewards process owners, HR partners, and finance to ensure compliant, fair and competitive rewards in a multinational environment with Danish roots.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology, or another relevant field.
• Significant (+5 years) experience in Rewards, compensation, benefits, total rewards consulting, or HR advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, incentives, benefits fundamentals, job evaluation, and job architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Advise HR and leaders on base pay, incentives, benefits principles, grading, benchmarking, pay equity and recognition.
• Translate business needs into practical Rewards recommendations balancing engagement, retention, affordability and governance.
• Collaborate to design, implement, and govern global Rewards frameworks, policies, tools, and processes.
