Job summary

Accenture in Denmark is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to support Compensation and Benefits programs within the Nordics & Netherlands Market Unit. You will collaborate with HR, payroll, and leadership to align rewards with business strategy and the employee experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, governance, and continuous improvement, with exposure to global learning opportunities and a diverse, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, Finance, HR Operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Danish labor legislation and reward practices, or ability to develop expertise quickly.
• Experience in multinational or complex organizations.
• Experience using Workday or similar HR information systems.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
• Partner with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to provide guidance on reward-related matters.
• Contribute to annual salary review cycles, compensation benchmarking, and off-cycle reward processes.
• Collaborate with payroll and HR operations to ensure inputs are accurate and timely.
• Assist with reward inquiries by gathering information and analyzing data.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
• Share best practices across the Nordics & Netherlands Total Rewards team.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and attention to detail across activities.
