Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Reward Analyst to drive data-informed compensation decisions and lead key annual cycles across global markets. You will design dashboards, leverage compliant AI, and collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure market-competitive, transparent pay practices.

You will analyse market data, support equity grants and gender pay reporting, and help evolve our total rewards strategy in a global, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a reward role or associated discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of key reward and HRIS processes and concepts.
• Expertise working with people data and people systems / HRIS (Sage HR).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; present data clearly.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data to inform compensation and benefit decisions across countries of operation.
• Stay up to date with market trends and legislation to advise on risks and opportunities.
• Lead annual salary review, bonus calculations, equity grants, benefits windows and promotion cycles.
• Partner with Finance on budget modelling, cost analysis and scenario planning.
• Design and update benefits, incentives and long-term equity plans.
