LEO Pharma A/S invites a Global Rewards Partner to shape rewards strategy and advise HR and business leaders across our international organization. You will translate market insights into practical decisions on base pay, incentives, benefits, and job architecture with governance and consistency.

You will collaborate with the Rewards team and HR partners worldwide, along with Finance, Legal, Tax and Payroll, to design, implement and govern global rewards that attract, retain and engage leaders

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in rewards, compensation, benefits or HR advisory roles.
• Experience with market pricing, pay equity and job architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical rewards solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted Rewards advisor to HR and business leaders.
• Translate market insights into practical rewards recommendations.
• Design, governance and implementation of global Rewards solutions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Tax and Finance on programs.
• Support annual compensation reviews and job architecture initiatives.
