  • Proficiency with Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Willingness to work with AI-enabled tools to improve insights and efficiency.
  • Flexibility in a evolving role with changing responsibilities.
  • Professional fluency in Danish and English.

We're looking for a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to join our Nordics & Netherlands Market Unit, supporting Denmark. In this role, you'll help deliver compensation and benefits programs that support our people and business strategy while working closely with colleagues across HR, payroll, and leadership teams. About The Team

Our Total Rewards team plays an important role in helping Accenture attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent. We partner with stakeholders across the business to design and deliver reward programs that are equitable, competitive, and aligned with our people priorities.

Working as part of the Nordics & Netherlands team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate across countries, share ideas, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to initiatives that make a meaningful difference to the employee experience.

What You'll Do
  • Support the delivery of compensation and benefits programs, helping ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to provide guidance, insights, and support on reward-related matters.
  • Contribute to annual salary review cycles, compensation benchmarking, and off-cycle reward processes.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR operations teams to ensure reward-related inputs are accurate and completed on time.
  • Support benefits and reward inquiries by gathering information, analyzing data, and helping identify practical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, and simplify ways of working.
  • Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Nordics & Netherlands Total Rewards team.
  • Maintain strong governance, documentation, and attention to detail across recurring and ad hoc activities.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, Finance, HR Operations, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Danish labor legislation, reward practices, and regulatory requirements, or the ability and enthusiasm to quickly develop expertise in these areas.
  • Experience working in a multinational or complex organization.
  • Experience using Workday or similar HR information systems.
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Readiness to work with AI-enabled tools and an interest in using emerging technology to improve insights, efficiency, and ways of working.
  • Flexibility and comfort working in an evolving role whose responsibilities may change dynamically as the company, team, and business needs develop.
  • Professional fluency in both Danish and English.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from and support others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and practical way.
