Job summary

Impact Fund Denmark is creating a new role at the intersection of People Analytics, Reward and Talent. You will work to understand the organisation through data, turning analyses into practical recommendations that influence People & Culture and management decisions.

The role reports to the Head of People & Culture, is an individual contributor in a hybrid setup, and offers exposure to compensation benchmarking, talent analytics and organisational development.

Qualifications

• A relevant academic background in psychology, organisational psychology, economics, business, HR, statistics or another analytical discipline.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• A few years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse employee, performance, engagement, talent and compensation data.
• Turn data and research into clear conclusions and practical recommendations for People & Culture and management.
• Support compensation benchmarking and our annual salary and compensation processes.
• Contribute to the implementation of EU Pay Transparency requirements, including analysis and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and recurring People reporting and metrics.
• Analyse engagement survey results and turn them into actionable organisational actions.
• Support talent, succession and performance processes with analysis and insight.
• Bring organisational psychology and behavioural science research into People initiatives design and evaluation.
• Challenge assumptions and measure impact of interventions.
• Prepare clear presentations for colleagues and leadership.
• Contribute to organisational development and talent projects.
