Impact Fund Denmark is seeking an analytical professional to join People & Culture as a data-driven contributor. You will work across analytics, reward and talent, translating data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations that support organizational decisions.

We value curiosity, strong Excel skills, and the ability to turn research into clear conclusions. The role is hybrid, with collaboration across the Head of People & Culture and colleagues in HR, Operations and Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Academic background in psychology, economics, business, HR or analytics.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data handling.
• Professional fluency in English.
• A few years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse employee, performance, engagement, talent and compensation data.
• Develop dashboards and recurring People reporting and metrics.
• Support compensation benchmarking and salary processes.
• Contribute to EU Pay Transparency reporting and related analysis.
• Prepare clear presentations and decision material for leadership.
• Contribute to organizational development and talent projects.
