Job summary

Impact Fund Denmark is creating a new role at the intersection of People Analytics, Reward and Talent. You will analyse employee, performance, engagement, talent and compensation data to inform decisions.

You will report to the Head of People & Culture and work to turn analysis into practical recommendations, support benchmarking, and contribute to pay transparency and governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• A relevant academic background in psychology, organisational psychology, economics, business, HR, statistics or another analytical discipline
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• A few years of relevant professional experience
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
• The ability to move from data or research to a clear conclusion and a practical recommendation
• Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in understanding why People practices work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Analyse employee, performance, engagement, talent and compensation data
• Turn data and research into clear conclusions and practical recommendations
• Support compensation benchmarking and annual salary processes
• Contribute to EU Pay Transparency analyses and reporting
• Develop dashboards and recurring People reporting
• Analyse engagement survey results and translate into meaningful actions
• Support talent, succession and performance processes with analysis and insight
• Bring organisational psychology research into People initiatives
