Qualifications

• Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Danish labor legislation and reward practices, or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience in a multinational or complex organization.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HR systems.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Willingness to work with AI-enabled tools to improve insights and efficiency.
• Flexibility in a evolving role with changing responsibilities.
• Professional fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation and benefits program delivery for a consistent employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and stakeholders to provide guidance on rewards.
• Contribute to salary review cycles, benchmarking, and off-cycle processes.
• Coordinate with payroll and HR operations to ensure timely inputs.
• Assist with reward inquiries by analyzing data and proposing solutions.
• Identify process improvements, enhance reporting, and simplify ways of working.
• Share best practices across the Nordics & Netherlands Total Rewards team.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and attention to detail across activities.
