Job summary
Terma Group in Denmark seeks a Systems Engineer within Maritime & Land Projects to define technical solutions for advanced defense systems and own system areas across software, hardware and operational requirements.
You will drive system engineering activities through the full product lifecycle, from concept to customer delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and balancing viewpoints to achieve robust, integrated designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (see education)
- Solid background in systems engineering for technically complex products
- Experience in maritime, aerospace, defense or safety-critical industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into robust technical solutions and identify risks early
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines for integrated system designs
- Act as technical owner for one or more system areas with cross-domain consistency
- Define/support system architecture, requirements engineering, trade studies, and decision-making
- Contribute to proposal work, estimates, and technical planning
- Help improve engineering processes and cross-organizational collaboration
