About the role

We are looking for a new team member to help ensure the smooth daily operation of our business. The position is based in the UK at our London office (SecAlliance) or in Denmark, on-site at our office in Frederiksberg. If applying for the UK role you will need Right to Work documentation. We do not provide visa sponsorship for UK roles.

Your responsibilities

Internal user support
Employee onboarding and off‑boarding
Server infrastructure maintenance (Linux)
Office equipment maintenance and improvements
Network maintenance
Assistance in the implementation of internal services and systems
Windows and macOS client support, as well as basic server support
iOS and Android support
Documentation of your own work
Ordering hardware and equipment
Miscellaneous ad hoc tasks within the IT Operations team

About you

Requirements

2+ years of IT support experience
Azure AD / Microsoft 365 experience
Experience with server infrastructure, including VMware and/or Proxmox
Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
Technical competencies:
- PowerShell, Shell and/or Bash
- Microsoft Admin Portals (Azure, Microsoft 365 Admin, etc.)
- Familiarity with different SaaS solutions
Service‑oriented attitude
Strong communication skills
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
Danish language skills advantageous if applying to work in Denmark
Ability to translate user input into technical requirements
Ability to research and drive a project to completion
Good interpersonal skills
Analytical and critical thinker
Open‑minded and positive attitude
Ability to multi‑task and prioritise effectively
