Job summary

Ambu seeks a Senior FP&A Business Partner to own annual planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and leadership to drive insights and strategic decisions in an international setting.

You will develop analyses for Executive Leadership and Board reporting, and lead improvements to FP&A processes leveraging digital solutions and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience in a global organization with cross-functional planning.
• Ability to prepare analyses and presentations for senior leadership and boards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Experience with Power BI, Copilot or AI-enabled finance tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own key elements of the annual financial planning cycle: budgeting, forecasting, and target setting.
• Collaborate across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and leadership teams on cross-functional planning.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare analyses and performance updates for Executive Management and Board reporting.
• Identify FP&A process improvements using digital solutions and AI tools.
• Support finance transformation and ERP transformation initiatives.
