Job summary

Abacus Medicine Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner – Planning to own and lead the end-to-end planning framework. You will design templates, drive consolidation of forecasts, and ensure data quality across finance and operations.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, 3+ years in FP&A, and the ability to translate complex logic into scalable models. English fluency is essential; Scandinavian language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A with financial modelling, planning and consolidation.
• Structured and detail-oriented with strong data quality focus.
• Advanced Excel skills and planning system experience.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into robust models.
• Proactive mindset to improve, standardize and simplify processes.
• Fluent in English; Scandinavian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning framework, including timelines, methodologies and governance.
• Design and improve planning templates and models for data collection and transparency.
• Drive consolidation of forecasts, outlooks and business cases.
• Ensure data quality and alignment across inputs, models and outputs.
• Own Outlook and planning models, including scenario modeling.
• Act as the technical backbone of Finance Business Partnering with automation and analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align needs and data structures.
