Job summary

Ambu A/S is seeking a Senior FP&A Business Partner to own financial planning and performance management in a global MedTech company. You will translate complex data into insights for senior management and shape FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Strategic Finance activities across the organization.

Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will work with Finance, Commercial, Operations and executive leadership, driving planning cycles, performance insights, and board reporting while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management in complex organizations.
• Experience in a global organization with cross-functional planning.
• Ability to prepare analyses and presentations for Executive Leadership Teams and Boards.
• Experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to navigate across functions.
• Analytical, structured, proactive with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own key elements of the annual financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and target setting.
• Drive cross-functional planning and performance management with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and leadership teams.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights and decision support to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial analyses and performance updates for Executive Management and Board reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes and reporting using digital solutions and AI tools.
• Support strategic initiatives including finance transformation and ERP transformation.
