The role shapes global planning processes by connecting global standards with local execution and acts as a driver of planning excellence across Ambu's international operations.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in supply chain planning and related areas.
• Experience driving process improvements, standardization, or transformation projects in a complex global supply chain.
• Able to translate data and business needs into actionable insights and scalable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder-facing skills with ability to influence across functions and regions.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Eng., Business).
• MedTech or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and continuously improve global planning processes across regions.
• Lead and support implementation of new processes, tools and best practices.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain stakeholders to align local and global planning.
• Transform complex planning data into clear, actionable insights to inform decisions.
• Develop and optimize KPIs, reporting and dashboards to monitor performance.
