Job summary

Ambu seeks a visionary executive to drive a landmark ERP, QMS, and PLM transformation across its global operations. You will lead a multi-year program spanning finance, production, procurement, and supply chain, with a focus on standardisation, value realisation, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will report to the CFO, manage external vendors and a global matrix team, and champion change management, data harmonisation, and regulatory compliance across regions, travel, and milestones over

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience managing large global transformation projects or enterprise implementations.
• Experience leading ERP/PLM/QMS transformations in multi-national settings.
• Background in manufacturing and regulated industries (medical devices, life sciences, or pharma).
• Experience with Infor M3 and Dassault Systèmes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the future-state global process and operating model for ERP, QMS, and PLM.
• Lead a sizeable global program team across multiple functions within a matrix organisation.
• Manage external vendor relationships and ensure value delivery and governance.
• Lead change management and data harmonisation for a unified architecture.
• Ensure compliance and align regional requirements with global standards.
