Job summary

Ambu A/S in Ballerup, Denmark, seeks a Senior Planning Specialist, Global Planning, to strengthen and continuously improve the company’s global planning capabilities. You will combine data, process expertise and stakeholder collaboration to turn planning information into actionable insights that support better decisions on cost, efficiency, service and inventory performance.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience within supply chain planning, planning excellence, process improvement, supply chain analytics, S&OP/IBP, or related areas.
Experience driving process improvements, standardization initiatives, or transformation projects in a complex international supply chain environment.
Ability to translate data and business needs into actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Proven ability to influence and drive change across functions, regions and levels.

Responsibilities

Process Excellence: Assess and continuously improve global planning processes for efficiency, standardization, and scalability.
Change & Implementation: Lead and support adoption of new processes, tools and best practices.
Stakeholder Partnership: Align local execution with global planning standards and priorities.
Data & Insights: Transform planning data into clear, actionable insights for better decisions.
Performance Management: Develop KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to monitor and improve planning performance.
