European Energy seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead data-driven decision making with AI tools. You will build dashboards, automate finance processes, and anchor AI-powered insights into budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting. The role collaborates across international teams to turn numbers into strategic actions.

You drive value through AI-enabled analyses, challenge budgets, and support the group with clear, actionable recommendations in a fast-growing renewable energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Build modern tools: dashboards, automations, and reusable AI workflows
• Anchor it all in stable models: budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete
• Analyse performance across projects and the portfolio, and direct management’s attention to the variances, risks, and opportunities that matter
• Analyse business decisions from a financial perspective, identify issues and develop solutions with the business, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the group budget, forecast, and management reporting cycles, and take responsibility for the quality of everything AI helps you deliver
