Job summary

Optro seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its expanding legal team, focusing on Enterprise and Strategic deals and supporting Area Directors. You will independently lead legal negotiations with customers and guide on subscription, data processing, partner, and vendor agreements.

You will shape initiatives to streamline contracting as the company scales, contributing to governance and risk management across departments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in-house transactional experience engaging with customers, partners, vendors and executives.
• 5+ years negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers.
• Understanding of full contract lifecycle from NDA to signature.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal negotiations with customers for enterprise deals.
• Provide guidance on subscription, data processing, partner and vendor agreements.
• Help streamline contracting process as Optro scales.
