Job summary

Orifarm is seeking a legal professional to strengthen contract management and provide pragmatic legal advice across the international organisation. You will act as a trusted business partner, translating legal risks into practical, business-oriented solutions and taking ownership of a broad range of commercial contracts.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Business Development, CMO, Commercial and other business functions, contributing to a broad range of legal matters across the Group.

Qualifications

• Degree in law (LL.M.) or cand.merc.jur.
• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience in an international company or law firm.
• Interest in or hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management and digitalisation of legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements; advise on interpretation, amendments, breaches and terminations.
• Drive and develop Orifarm's Contract Lifecycle Management framework; draft and maintain templates, playbooks and standard clauses.
• Develop and implement contract management policies, processes and governance structures.
• Explore and drive AI and other legal technologies in contract management.
• Administer and optimise the contract management system.
• Participate in M&A projects, including legal due diligence and post-merger integration support.
• Support strategic decisions and provide general legal support across marketing, IP, corporate and commercial law.
