Natus Sensory is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join its lean legal team as the primary contact for contracts management and global entity management. This role supports M&A integration, corporate records, annual filings, and scalable legal processes across Europe, China and Australia.

This is ideally full-time, with a minimum 30 hours/week possible for seasoned professionals who can cover the full scope.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a corporate legal department with contract management.
• Familiarity with jurisdictional requirements across Europe, China, India and/or Australia.

Responsabilités

• Manage contracts and maintain the contract repository across commercial agreements.
• Oversee global corporate governance and entity management, including annual filings.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage director/officer changes and notarial/apostille requirements.
• Support M&A activities and internal reorganizations, including due diligence and post-close integration.
• Build and optimize a centralized Legal SharePoint site and CLM tooling; standardize templates.
