SimCorp is seeking a Senior Contract Management Specialist to draft, negotiate, and manage client contracts across on-premises, SaaS, and professional services. The role collaborates with Legal, Customer Success, and Service Delivery to ensure compliant and profitable agreements.

Ideal candidates have a law degree and 5+ years in contract management or as legal counsel in SaaS/IT, with strong English skills and familiarity with CLM tools.

Formación

• A law degree or equivalent in contract management or business law.
• 5+ years in contract management or legal counsel in SaaS/IT.
• Knowledge of SaaS and cloud contracts and regulatory norms.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and analytical skills and customer orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute client contracts and ensure alignment with legal and business requirements.
• Provide legal advice on contract and commercial matters; resolve contract-related issues.
• Support Customer Success, Service Delivery, PMO, and other stakeholders with contract interpretations.
• Monitor and optimize contract performance and quality; collaborate on commercial management.
• Support deployment and ongoing use of CLM tools and contract governance.
• Participate in weekly status meetings and manage contract repository and data.
