Job summary

Natus Sensory Inc. is seeking a detailed Legal Counsel to lead contracts management and global entity governance. The role is primarily remote for Europe-based work and may be full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week, focusing on scalable legal processes.

The candidate will build a contract repository, manage corporate records, and oversee annual filings across multiple jurisdictions, supporting M&A and internal reorganizations with the General Counsel.

Qualifications

• JD, LLM or equivalent law degree.
• Experience in corporate legal dept with contract drafting/negotiation.
• Familiarity with Europe, China, India and/or Australia jurisdiction requirements; apostille processes.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint and legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract repository and lifecycle across the business.
• Maintain corporate records, annual filings, and entity compliance.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage IP portfolio interactions.
• Support M&A integration and internal reorganizations.
